Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your bits and sprues. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unpainted, unassembled, and still on the original sprue (if applicable).

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at info@spruefix.co.uk with your order number to start the process.

  • Return Shipping Costs: * Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong bit or the item is damaged, Spruefix will cover the return shipping costs or we will send you the right bit at no additional cost.

    • Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

For 'Change of Mind' returns, we reserve the right to apply a small administrative charge (up to 3%) to cover non-refundable transaction fees, where permitted by law. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
