At Spruefix, we aim to get your hobby projects moving as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our UK location.

Sprues are shipped in large letter cardboard boxes or cardboard boxes, with bubblewrap as required to ensure the model arrives safe and sound.

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday.

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Transit Time: * Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Costs: * Standard Shipping: £2.15 (Fixed Rate).

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour shipping: Available on all orders over £50.

  • Express shipping is £3.60 (Fixed Rate).

  • Note: All shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

• Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number (if applicable).
